Thanks to this structure, customer communication becomes faster, more planned, and more controllable. The status of sent messages can be tracked, successful or failed deliveries can be viewed, and communication processes can be managed more efficiently.
The Bulk Messaging module can be used for many different scenarios such as customer notifications, campaign announcements, payment reminders, appointment notifications, event announcements, and more.
The Bulk Message Creation area allows you to prepare and manage bulk message sending to a defined target audience. Through this section, the sending channel can be selected, customer groups or recipient lists can be defined, message content can be edited, and the sending process can be initiated. Additionally, the status of created bulk messages can later be tracked from the listing screen and reported when necessary.
Through the Bulk Messaging Menu, you can access created bulk messages, create new bulk message campaigns, and track the sending processes. Messages can be filtered by statuses such as ongoing, scheduled, completed, paused, failed, or canceled. This allows bulk messaging processes to be managed easily.
