What Is the Purpose of the Archive?
The Archive allows past communications and records to be stored in an organized manner. Users can review old conversations, check previous transactions, and access this information again whenever needed. In addition, archived data can be filtered by specific date ranges (for example, the last 1.5 months), allowing faster access to the desired information. This helps prevent data loss and makes historical process management easier.
