The Settings Module allows you to manage system configurations, business settings, chat management, integrations, automation rules, and notification preferences on the Supsis AI platform from a single center.

This module covers the basic settings that determine the general operating logic of the platform and allows you to customize your Supsis AI usage experience according to your needs.

What are Settings Used For?

The Settings section is used to make Supsis AI more controlled and efficient. Notification channels can be configured so that important updates are received instantly. General features can be enabled or disabled to adjust how the platform works. In addition, business name, logo, chatbot name, and user management settings are handled from this area. This allows both customer communication and internal team processes to be managed from a single central place in a more organized way.

The Settings option in the left menu directs the user to the configuration screen of the panel. When entered, notification options and different setting categories are displayed.

Areas Managed Within the Settings Module

  1. Notification Settings: Notifications for system events can be configured by channel (web, mobile, email).

  2. General Settings: Core platform features can be enabled or disabled.

  3. Business Information: Business name, logo, and other corporate details can be viewed and edited.

  4. User and Permission Management: Users, roles, and access permissions are configured in this section.
