Task Management Module
The Task Management Module works integrated with Supsis AI's Contacts (CRM) infrastructure, allowing you to manage your teams' workflows through a central, organized, and trackable structure. Tasks can be easily created via chats, contact cards, users, automations, and chatbots and can be instantly tracked by relevant teams or departments.
Thanks to this module, intra-team coordination is strengthened, business processes become transparent, and tasks are ensured to be completed on time. The task cycle is controlled and recorded end-to-end thanks to workflows, tasks, tags, and automations.

Task Management Activation
To use the Task Management module, the feature must first be activated through the panel.
Task Management Menu
It is the main menu providing quick access to all areas within the Task Management Module. You can access sections such as workflows, task lists, tags, reports, automations, and settings through this menu.
Workflow Content
You can create new workflows, define their stages, assign status and color to each stage, and publish the process. Workflow design, stage management, and configuration operations are managed from a single screen.
