Forms Module
The Forms module is a versatile tool designed to collect customer information, create surveys and inquiry forms, organize feedback workflows, and automatically integrate incoming data into operational processes. Created forms can be shared directly via web links or embedded onto websites as iframes or widgets. Submitted form responses match CRM contact cards and trigger automated actions such as instant notifications or tickets.
