Forms

Forms are designed for you to manage data collection processes from your customers easily and flexibly. You can share the forms you create via the form URL or integrate them into your website using iFrame or popup method.

Thanks to the drag-and-drop infrastructure, you can quickly create your forms and update them whenever you want. You can design fully customized forms by adding fields suitable for your needs; you can record the data collected through forms in the Supsis system. Additionally, thanks to form automations, data collected within the form can be actively used in the operations you determine within the automation flow.


Forms What Are They Used For?

Forms are used to collect customer information, record requests, and manage feedback processes. Created forms can be used as shareable links or embedded into websites. At the same time, data coming through forms is stored within the system and can be used together with tickets or other modules when needed, helping processes run in a more organized and efficient way.

The Forms option in the left menu allows you to access the form creation screen. When entering this area, options for starting a new form are displayed and the form creation process begins from here.

Operations Managed Within the Forms Module

  1. Form Creation: New forms can be created to start different data collection processes.
  2. Adding and Editing Fields: Different field types such as text, selection, date, and file upload can be added and edited within the form.
  3. Form Sharing: Created forms can be shared via links or embedded into websites.
  4. Viewing Form Responses: Forms filled out by users are listed and can be reviewed within the system.

Create Form

You can create new forms, design their fields, configure their settings, and publish them. Form design, editing, and publishing operations are managed from a single screen.


All Forms

You can view, edit, or delete all the forms you have created previously. Also, you can track the answers coming to forms and answer history from this area.


Form Automations

You can create scenarios that will run automatically when the form is filled. You can automate sending notifications, opening tickets, or different actions.
