Module-Focused Search
The search bar also allows you to perform targeted searches within a specific module. To do this, simply type the relevant module name and press the Tab key. This method limits the search results to the selected module, providing clearer and more relevant results.
Example Usage Scenarios:
-
Searching within message content
type message ⇒ Tab ⇒ type the keyword to search (e.g., “hello”)
⇒ The system lists all past conversations containing the word “hello”.
-
Chatbot / automation scenario search
type chatbot or automation ⇒ Tab ⇒ scenario name
⇒ The related chatbots and automations are listed.
-
Contact search
type contacts ⇒ Tab ⇒ any information from the contact card
⇒ All matching contact records are displayed.
-
Search within settings
type settings ⇒ Tab ⇒ setting term to search
⇒ Results are limited only to the Settings module.
Thanks to this structure, instead of performing a general search, you can conduct targeted and module-based searches, significantly increasing operational speed and efficiency.
