How can I find out how many people my bulk message reached?
You can easily get reports on your Supsis panel for your marketing operations. From the sending details section, you can see which people it went to and which it didn't.
WhatsApp Business API Sending Details
To find out how many people your bulk messages reached, you can follow these steps:
1- Integrations: After sending bulk messages through WhatsApp Business API, enter the integrations menu and select your WhatsApp Business API channel
2- Bulk Message Sending: From this section, you can see all bulk message sending you have made.
3 - Sending Details: You can view the details of that sending by clicking the "Sending Details" tab on the right side of the relevant sending. With these steps, you can easily learn how many people your bulk messages reached and information about those who didn't reach.
