WhatsApp Business API Evaluation Request Creation
To create an evaluation request in case of possible spam or account quality decline, you can perform the necessary operations from the Meta Business Suite panel by following the steps below.
Entering Business Settings
- Then click on the profile picture in the top left
- Select the business portfolio that your WABA account is connected to
- Click on the Settings Gear to enter business settings.
Entering Business Support Homepage and Evaluation Request
You can create your evaluation requests from the business support homepage, follow the steps below to enter the business support homepage.
- Click on the three lines in the top left to enter account tools.
- Then access the business support homepage marked with card number 2.
- On the business support homepage, policy violations in your social media, ads, pages and WhatsApp accounts connected to your business portfolio will appear here. Find the WhatsApp accounts section through the business support homepage, if there are any policy violations in your WhatsApp account, the account or accounts with problems will appear in this section. Find the problematic WhatsApp account and click on it.
- Policy violations for which you can request evaluation will appear in the evaluable section with the details of the violation.
- Click on the violation you will request evaluation for and create your evaluation request by pressing the request evaluation button in the top left. Evaluation result will come to the e-mail address connected to your Meta account as mail.
