Departments
The Departments feature ensures that messages coming to users are filtered according to the criteria you determine and automatically directed to the relevant department. This redirection can be done in two ways:
- Automatic Redirection: The chatbot analyzes user characteristics and automatically redirects to the relevant department in the background.
- User Redirection: Users can make department selection by filling out the visitor login form. Through this form, users can determine which department they want their messages to be directed to.
