Departments

Departments allows you to divide your users into departments through this page, determining the group or groups that users will work in. This way, you can do easier representative filtering and ensure that each department works more efficiently in its own area. Additionally, by directing to specific departments, you ensure that customer requests are resolved faster and more accurately.

If you have many representatives or cannot find the representative you are looking for, you can easily find the representative you are looking for by searching for your representative's username from this field. This feature saves time and makes processes more efficient by allowing you to quickly reach the right representative in large teams.

2-) Create Department

Department Creation Elements:

  1. Language
  2. Title
  3. Description
  4. Status

1.) Language: From this field, you can translate into different languages by filling the department name and description appropriately for each language field.

2.) Title: From this field, you can determine a title for your department.

3.) Description: From this field, you can determine a description for your department.

4.) Status: In this field, you can determine the status of your department. If this department is not used, you can mark it as Passive, if it is used, you can mark it as Active.

Finally, after filling all these fields, you can complete your user creation process by saying "Save". This ensures that the new department is successfully added and all necessary information is saved.

3-) Department Features

This area displays department information in the following columns respectively: "Title", "Description", "Status" and "Language". This way, you can view and manage department data in a more organized way.

4-) Operations

From the Operations section, you can perform viewing, editing and deletion operations. This way, you can edit departments, access them when needed or remove unnecessary content.
