Adding Banned Visitor

1. Enter Banned Visitors Menu

• Enter the Users menu through your Supsis panel.
• Go to the Banned Visitors menu through the Users menu.

2. New Visitor Banning

• Press the "Block Manual" button from the top right to add a new banned visitor.
• Enter the communication information of the visitor you want to block in the channel in the opened form.
• After restricting the user's sending and receiving, click the "Save" button to add the visitor to the banned list.

3. Editing Restrictions

Select Visitor

• Find the visitor you want to edit from the banned visitors list.

Edit Restriction Settings

• Activate or deactivate Sending and Receiving restrictions.
• Update other necessary information.

Saving Changes

• Click the "Update" button to save the changes made.
