  • Chatbot: It is a software system that automatically responds and answers customer questions. It operates with scenarios prepared within the framework of conditions and actions.

  • Language & Region: It is the section where the platform's language and region settings are configured. The use of this section shows that Supsis AI serves on a global scale.

  • Attachment: Represents files shared between customers and representatives (documents, images, etc.).
  • Integration: It is the connection of the Supsis platform with other software and services. Supsis AI provides integration with all communication channels and offers the opportunity to manage them all on a single panel.
