Visitor Profile Information

The Visitor Profile Information menu allows you to manage your visitors' profile information. In this section, you can view, add, or edit information collected in the visitor login form. Here are the detailed descriptions of the Visitor Profile Information menu:

1-) Manage Visitor Profile Information

Manage Visitor Profile Information: This option allows you to manage information about your visitors. This way, you can keep visitors' profile information current and organized on the system.

2-) Add New

Add New: By clicking this button, you can add a new field to visitor profile information. When adding a new field, you can set how it will appear in the form by determining the field's name and label.

3-) Existing Profile Information

In this section, you can view and edit existing profile information collected in the form. There are editing and deletion options for each piece of information:

Information Fields

For each information field, you can see the following information and options:

  • Name: The name of the information field in the system.
  • Label: The label of the information field that appears in the person card.
  • Creator: The person who created the information field.
  • Hide / Show: You can set whether the information field will be visible in person cards or not. When this option is active, the information field is displayed in the person card.
  • Deletion Option: Used to delete the information field from the form. This option allows you to remove unwanted or unnecessary information fields.
