Task Reports
Task Reports, This area allows you to view all reports, statistics, and data related to the Workflow Module in report format. It provides detailed information about task tracking, process efficiency, and team performance. Through these reports, you can manage your workflow more efficiently, identify areas for improvement, and optimize your processes.
Click on the Reports icon from the left menu and select the Workflow section from the opened menu. Here, by selecting your workflow at the top, you can view important statistics such as the completion status of the tasks you created related to that workflow. This feature allows you to track task progress and quickly identify potential bottlenecks in your workflow.
In this area, you can select topics with the most and least tasks, and also view other statistics such as total task count. In the lower section, you can examine the completion count of each task in detail. According to your needs, you can switch to table view or take it to full screen view using the buttons at the top to analyze your tasks in a wider area. These options make your task management more efficient and allow you to perform detailed analysis.
