Reports Page Filtering Options
There are various filtering options on the reports page to make users' data analysis more effective. These filtering options help users easily find the specific data they need.
Date Settings:
The date range selection feature at the top of the page allows users to view data from a specific time period. This way, daily, weekly, or monthly performance analyses can be performed. To set the date range:
- Select start and end dates.
- You can navigate between specific date ranges using forward and backward arrows.
Representative Filtering:
Users can create performance charts for specific representatives. This feature is used to monitor and evaluate each representative's individual performance. To filter by representative:
- Click the "All Representatives" button.
- Select the representatives you want to analyze from the opened list.
Channel Filtering:
It is possible to determine which channel chats come from and filter by channel. This allows you to analyze chats coming from different channels such as WhatsApp, web, email separately. To filter by channel:
- Click the "All Channels" button.
- Select the channel you want to analyze from the opened menu.
These filtering options help users extract data according to specific criteria and perform more detailed and targeted analyses. This way, it becomes possible to perform in-depth performance evaluations on specific representatives or channels.
