9-) AI Voice Agent
First, log in to the Supsis application and click on the main menu. Select the "Visitors" option from the opened list. Through this page, you can see the instant number of users visiting your website. By clicking the "Join" button in the row of each visitor, you can start chatting directly with that user. Thanks to this feature, you can communicate quickly with visitors and increase interaction.
In this section, you can start listening to the voice recording of the call by clicking the "Start" button. Alternatively, you can view all the details of the call made with the AI voice agent by clicking the "Detail" button. From this area, you can both examine the call content and evaluate the process by listening to the recording again.
Details
If you want to examine the details of a call, go to the "Call History" section and click the "Detail" button next to the relevant call. With this operation, you can access all the details of the call made by the AI Voice Agent. At the top of the opened page; basic information such as Time, Duration, Caller, Called, Status, Disconnection Reason, and Cost are included. This area allows you to quickly understand the general structure of the call.
In the lower part of the page, the text version of all conversations that took place during the call is included. In this section, you can examine all the dialogues made during the call in detail. Just below it is a brief summary of the call. At the bottom, you can follow the entire call by listening to the voice recording. These features allow you to analyze calls in detail.
