Supsis Ikas Integration
By establishing integration between Supsis and the Ikas e-commerce platform, you can strengthen your customer services and easily access your customers' order information, membership details and order status through chatbot. Thanks to this integration, you can provide faster and more effective support to your customers in all your communication channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram.
Integration Steps
1. Accessing Ikas Admin Panel
First, you need to log into the admin panel of your Ikas e-commerce platform. To access the admin panel, you can reach the admin panel through your store URL.
2. Creating Custom Application
In the Ikas admin panel, click on the "My Applications" tab from the menu bar on the right. Go to the "My Custom Applications" section from the opened menu. This area is the section where you can make custom application definitions for third-party integrations.
3. Configuring Application Settings
On the custom application creation page, you need to fill in the following information completely:
- Application Name: Supsis Integration
- Description: Chatbot integration for customer services
- Access Permissions: Activate all necessary API access permissions
Important: It is critical that you give all access permissions for the integration to work properly. Thanks to these permissions, Supsis will be able to access customer information, order details and stock status.
After completing the application creation process, Ikas will provide you with Client ID and Client Secret information. Keep this information in a safe place as it will be necessary for Supsis integration.
4. Integration Setup in Supsis Panel
After creating your Ikas application, visit your xxx.supsis.live address to access your Supsis admin panel. After logging into the Supsis panel, find and click the "Integrations" tab from the upper right menu.
5. Activating Ikas Integration
On the integrations page, click the "E-Commerce Mode" button from the upper right corner. This page will show you the available e-commerce integration options. Find and click the Ikas channel from the options.
On the Ikas integration page, carefully fill in the following information:
- Store Name: Enter the name of your Ikas store
- Client ID: Paste the Client ID information you got from Ikas
- Client Secret: Paste the Client Secret information you got from Ikas
After entering all information correctly, click the "Connect" button. The system will automatically perform the connection test and your integration will be activated if successful.
