Banned Words ensures that certain words are not used during customer support in Supsis AI to maintain clean and quality communication. In the Banned Words menu, words that are not desired to be used by representatives during chat are determined, and these words are automatically blocked by the system. This feature is designed to ensure that representatives use more appropriate language towards customers and helps increase professionalism and respect level in customer interactions.

1-) Add New Banned Word
New Banned Word, you can add new banned words to the system using this option. You can write the words you don't want to be used in customer conversations in the relevant field by clicking the "Add New Banned Word" button and approve them. After this process, the word you specified will not be usable by any representative. This feature encourages cleaner and more professional language use in customer support processes.
2-) Edit
Edit, you can use this option to edit the added banned words. By clicking the "Edit" button, you can change banned words, correct misspelled words, or update them. This feature allows you to easily intervene when you need to make changes to banned words and enables you to quickly adapt to the word list in the system.

Delete, you can use this button to remove the banned words you added from the list. By clicking the "Delete" button, you can ensure that the word is removed from the banned list, thus making the system not prevent the use of that word.
