The bot training feature used to make your Supsis chatbot more effective and efficient allows you to examine messages written by users but not understood by the chatbot and direct them to appropriate blocks within your scenario. Through this training process, you can increase your chatbot's understanding capacity and provide more accurate and faster responses to your users' questions.
1-) Bot Training Screen Features
The Bot Training screen shows messages written by users that do not match chatbot data in a list format. Through this screen:
- User Query: Shows messages written by users. These messages have not been understood by the chatbot and are marked as unmatched expressions.
- Date: Indicates the date of user queries. This way, you can examine unmatched expressions in a specific date range.
- Unmatched Expressions: Shows the number of messages that the chatbot could not understand and did not match. This way, you can determine which expressions are more frequently not understood.

Examining Unmatched Messages
- Examine messages written by users and determine what these messages mean.
- Direct each unmatched expression to the relevant scenario block. This process helps understand what the user means and enables the chatbot to recognize such messages.
Matching with Appropriate Block in Scenario
- Direct unmatched expressions to the appropriate block in relevant scenarios. For example, when a user asks for information about "Technology and Information Processing Services", direct this expression to the "Technology and Information Processing Services" block in your relevant scenario.
- This process allows the chatbot to recognize similar expressions in the future and provide correct responses.
Increasing Chatbot's Understanding Capacity
- Train regularly to increase the chatbot's understanding capacity. This includes continuously reviewing unmatched expressions and directing them to relevant scenarios.
- Through this training process, you can increase your chatbot's understanding capacity up to 99%. This ensures that your users receive more accurate and faster responses.
The Bot Training screen presents user queries and unmatched expressions in a list format. On the right side, you can select which scenario block the messages written by users should be directed to. This process increases the chatbot's understanding capacity and enables it to work more effectively.

3-) Filtering
To filter specific user queries and expressions on the bot training page, you can follow these steps:
- User Query Selection: You can search for a specific user query using the search bar in the upper right corner.
- Unmatched Expressions: From the unmatched expressions tab, you can see and edit expressions that the chatbot could not respond to correctly.
- Scenario and Time Period Selection: You can select a scenario from the menu on the right and filter by time period. This way, you can examine user queries in a specific story or time period.
