AI Websites

The AI Websites section allows you to integrate your website content into your chatbot. Thanks to this integration, artificial intelligence analyzes the data on your site and can conduct more conscious, consistent and knowledge-based conversations with users based on this information. The system recognizes your website and shapes chat responses according to your site's content, significantly improving the user experience.

First, log into your chatbot setup and click on the "Artificial Intelligence" icon in the upper left corner of the screen to navigate to the artificial intelligence settings section. This area is the central control panel where you can manage AI features and perform custom configurations.

On the opened screen, click on the "Websites" option in the left menu. This page is the area where you manage the website content that artificial intelligence will use. If you haven't added content yet, you can define new website content by clicking the "Add Content" button in the relevant section of the screen and continue.

In the opened area, paste the URL of the website whose content you want to benefit from in the "Enter a URL address" section. Then, click the "Train the Chatbot" button to start transferring the data to the system.

Data loading may take a few minutes; when the process is completed, artificial intelligence can analyze your website content and generate responses based on this information in conversations. After completing all these steps, your website content addition process will be successfully completed.

Additionally, you can activate, deactivate artificial intelligence or completely delete these contents by selecting the website contents you have previously added from the list.

Furthermore, you can view the details of the relevant page and examine a preview showing what data the artificial intelligence works with by clicking on the content card. This way, you can easily manage and update the contents when necessary.
