AI Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

AI FAQ, You can define frequently asked questions in the system in question-answer format so that artificial intelligence can give more effective responses. This way, the chatbot can provide fast, accurate and consistent answers to similar questions that users will ask.

First, log into your chatbot setup and click on the "Artificial Intelligence" icon in the upper left corner of the screen to navigate to the artificial intelligence settings section. This area is the central control panel where you can manage AI features and perform custom configurations.

On the opened screen, click on the "FAQ" option in the left menu. This page is the area where you can add Frequently Asked Questions that artificial intelligence will use, in Question and Answer format. If you haven't added an article yet, you can define a new FAQ content by clicking the "Add Content" button in the relevant section of the screen and continue.

In the opened section, you can write a frequently asked question (FAQ) that users might ask in the area at the top. Then, enter the answer to this question in the area at the bottom.

After filling in all information completely, you can complete the process by clicking the "Save" button and enable artificial intelligence to use this question-answer information in conversations.

Additionally, you can activate, deactivate artificial intelligence or completely delete these contents by selecting the FAQ contents you have previously added from the list.

Furthermore, you can view the details of the relevant page and examine a preview showing what data the artificial intelligence works with by clicking on the content card. This way, you can easily manage and update the contents when necessary.
