AI Articles, You can manually upload articles that artificial intelligence can use to expand its knowledge source. This way, the chatbot is not limited to data from your website only, and can generate more accurate and personalized responses based on the content you specify.
First, log into your chatbot setup and click on the "Artificial Intelligence" icon in the upper left corner of the screen to navigate to the artificial intelligence settings section. This area is the central control panel where you can manage AI features and perform custom configurations.
On the opened screen, click on the "Articles" option in the left menu. This page is the area where you can add articles that artificial intelligence will use. If you haven't added an article yet, you can define a new article content by clicking the "Add Content" button in the relevant section of the screen and continue.
On the opened screen, start by entering an appropriate title for your article. Then, write your article content in the area in the lower section. This content forms the text that artificial intelligence will use as a knowledge source.
After filling in all fields, you can add your article to the system and complete the process by clicking the "Save" button in the lower right corner.
Additionally, you can activate, deactivate artificial intelligence or completely delete these contents by selecting the article contents you have previously added from the list.
Furthermore, you can view the details of the relevant page and examine a preview showing what data the artificial intelligence works with by clicking on the content card. This way, you can easily manage and update the contents when necessary.
