Module Description

On the Supsis AI platform, contact cards are automatically created for all people you communicate with via WhatsApp. You can manage these cards, keep notes about people, and add new people to teach them to the Supsis system, offering a more personalized experience. To view and manage WhatsApp contact information, follow the steps below.

1-) Access to WhatsApp Contacts

Log into your Supsis panel and click on the "WhatsApp Contacts" option in the left menu. When you click this button, you will have access to WhatsApp contacts. (Shown with arrow number 1 in the image)


2-) WhatsApp Contact Information

In the WhatsApp contact list, you can see the following information:

  • Name: The person's name.
  • Number: The person's phone number.
  • Email: The person's email address.
  • Channel: The Supsis channel used for communication (e.g., Supsis API).
  • Creation Date: The date the contact was created.
  • Action: Various operations related to the contact (sending messages, deletion, etc.).

2.1-) Starting Conversation with Contact

To start a conversation with a contact, click on the green WhatsApp logo icon.

2.2-) Contact Deletion

To delete a contact, click on the red trash can icon.

2.3-) Access to Contact Profile Card

To access the contact's profile card, click on the blue profile icon.


You can search for a specific person in WhatsApp contacts in the fields of Name, email, notes, phone number, and user information.


4-) Adding Contact

To add a new WhatsApp contact, you can upload a file by clicking the "Import Contacts From File" button or add a contact manually by clicking the "Start Chat with Any Number" button.


5-) Starting Chat

To start a conversation through your WhatsApp channel, you can start a conversation using the Start Chat with Any Number button in the right corner. To start a conversation, you need to write the number without the area code. (Ex: 5555555555)


Extra Features

  • Detailed Contact Information: You can access more detailed information by clicking on each contact.
  • Export Options: You can export the WhatsApp contact list in Excel or CSV format.
  • Contact Analysis: You can analyze the people you communicate with via WhatsApp.
