Private Message
Private Message allows agents to send messages that can only be seen by other agents. This feature allows you to take important notes during your conversation with the customer or communicate privately with other agents. Secret messages are not visible to the customer, thus ensuring secure and confidential information flow between agents. This strengthens collaboration within the team and makes customer support processes more efficient.
The Secret Message option allows agents to send messages that can only be seen by other agents. This provides fast and secret communication between agents, especially in solving complex problems or in emergency situations.
Private Message Steps:
1.) Three Dots: First, click on the three dots icon in the top right corner to open the options menu.
2.) Private Message: Then click on the Secret Message option from the opened menu.
3.) Send: Then write your private message in the field in the opened modal and click the Send button located at the bottom left.
You can complete your private message sending process by completing all these steps.
