Hello. On the Supsis AI platform, you can track the status and performance of your agents and manage communication more effectively. To view and manage your agents' information, follow the steps below.

Steps:

1. Viewing Agent Information:

Log into your Supsis panel and click on the "Representatives" option in the right menu.

2. Agent Information:

In the agent list, you can see the following information:

  • Status: The agent's online or offline status.
  • Representative Name: The agent's name.
  • Last Connection/Online Time: The agent's last connection date and time or online duration.
  • Platform: The platform the agent is connected to (e.g., WEB or Mobile).
  • Last Status Change: The agent's status change time (e.g., 2d ago, 4d ago).
  • Active Chat: The number of chats the agent is currently actively conducting.
  • Max Chat Capacity: The agent's maximum chat capacity.
  • Options: Various operations related to the agent (details, editing, deletion, etc.).

3. Agent Statuses:

You can easily distinguish agents' statuses with color codes. Green color represents online status, while red color represents offline status.

4. Page Navigation:

Page navigation options are located at the bottom of the agent list. With these options, you can navigate between pages and view agents in numbers like 10, 25.

  • Filtering and Sorting: You can filter and sort agents according to different criteria.
