Messenger Contacts
Hello. On the Supsis AI platform, you can view and manage information about people you communicate with via Messenger. To view and manage Messenger contact information, follow the steps below.
Steps:
1. Viewing Messenger Contacts:
Log into your Supsis panel and click on the "Messenger Contacts" option in the right menu.
2. Messenger Contact Information:
In the Messenger contact list, you can see the following information:
- Profile: The person's profile picture.
- Name: The person's name.
- Number: The person's phone number.
- Email: The person's email address.
- Channel: The channel used for communication (e.g., Softcand Software Services).
- Created At: The date the contact was created.
- Action: Various operations related to the contact (sending messages, deletion, etc.).
3. Filtering and Search:
You can search by filtering a specific person or feature in Messenger contacts. For this, you can use the filter and search fields located at the top.
Extra Features:
- Detailed Contact Information: You can access more detailed information by clicking on each contact.
- Export Options: You can export the Messenger contact list in Excel or CSV format.
- Contact Analysis: You can analyze the people you communicate with via Messenger.
