MAP NOT SENDING CORRECTLY

If you are experiencing any problems with map sending in the Supsis AI panel, you can solve the problem by following the steps below. These steps will help you transfer your map properly.

1. Check Internet Connection

A continuous internet connection is needed for the map to load and transfer correctly:

  • Check your internet connection. Restart the modem or router if necessary.
  • If the internet-focused problem is not resolved, try the map transmission again using a different internet network.

2. Clear Browser or Application Cache

Data accumulated in the cache can prevent map data from being displayed and sent correctly. To prevent this problem:

  • If you are using a browser: Clear the browser's cache and cookies.

    • Google Chrome: Go to "Privacy and Security" from settings and click on "Clear Browsing Data" option.
    • Mozilla Firefox: Go to "Privacy and Security" section from settings and use "Clear Data" option in "Cookies and Site Data" section.
  • If you are using a mobile application: Clear the application's cache. If necessary, uninstall and reinstall the application.

3. Check Location Services

For smooth map transmission, location services need to be active and working correctly:

  • Make sure the device's location services are active:

    • Android: Check from Settings > "Location" > "Location Services" section.
    • iOS: Turn on your location from Settings > "Privacy" > "Location Services" section.
  • If you are using a browser: Check the browser's location access and allow it on the Supsis AI platform.

4. Check Map API Settings

When you will send a map through Supsis AI, make sure that the API keys of the map services used (Google Maps, Bing Maps, etc.) are configured correctly:

  • Go to the "Integrations" or "API Settings" menu in the "Management" panel.
  • Check the necessary API keys and settings for the map service. If necessary, reconfigure the integration by creating a new key.

5. Check Browser and Application Updates

Old version browsers or applications can prevent map sending. Therefore, check for updates:

  • Make sure the browser or application you are using is in the latest version.
    • For Browser Updates: Check for updates from browser settings.
    • For Mobile Application Updates: Check the application's updates from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

6. Contact Support Team

If the above steps do not solve your problem, you can contact the Supsis AI support team. You can reach a solution by explaining your problem in detail:

  • Send an email to the Supsis support team at support@supsis.com or request help through live support.
  • Prepare detailed information of users experiencing the problem (location, device type, browser/application version) to share with the support team.

These steps will help you solve the problems you experience with map sending.
