To benefit from Supsis AI services, you can purchase a package by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your account and click on the "Invoice & Payment" tab from the left menu.
  2. Go to the Packages section and select the one that suits your needs.
  3. Click the Purchase button to be directed to the payment screen.
  4. Select your payment method and complete the transaction.

2.1 Invoice Creation and Viewing

Invoices are created for all services you purchase. To view your invoices:

  1. Click on the "Invoice & Payment" tab from the left menu of the panel.
  2. Go to the "My Invoices" section at the bottom of the page.
  3. Here you can track the amount, cut date and status ("Paid" or "Unpaid") of your created invoices.

2.2 Payment Methods

Supsis AI offers different payment methods. You can complete the payment process with the following methods:

  • Credit/Bank Card
  • Wire Transfer/EFT
  • Digital Wallets (if available)

Your invoice will be automatically created when your payments are completed.

2.3 Invoice PDF Download

To download your invoices in PDF format:

  1. Go to the My Invoices section.
  2. Click the "Download as PDF" button next to the relevant invoice.
  3. Your invoice will be downloaded to your device.
